About the Role

Honeycomb Digital Solutions is seeking a proactive, friendly, and professional Sales Virtual Assistant to support our business operations, remotely. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential clients and signing people up to our services, ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, and enjoys making connections with people while delivering exceptional service, this could be the ideal role for you. You’ll be working from home with flexible hours, and there’s a strong potential for growth into a full-time role depending on performance, which will also include administration activities.

As it is a month’s trial, you will be expected to use your own computer to start with and if your performance is successful in the first month, then we will provide the full PC setup moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, and engage in sales discussions, aiming to build relationships and close sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound calls and emails from potential and existing clients, providing assistance and information in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient calendar management system.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up tasks in our CRM or relevant systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including document preparation, inbox management, and organizing business operations.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building.
  • Report Submission: Submit weekly timesheets detailing completed tasks and hours worked.
  • Software Proficiency: Use tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and task management software to streamline workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years experience in a sales and administrative role is preferred, with a strong understanding of professional call handling and customer service. Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to make sales calls in a professional manner and articulate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Sales-Oriented: Comfort in engaging with potential clients over the phone and via email, with a goal-oriented approach to closing deals.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Must be a self-starter who can take initiative, think on your feet, and respond quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
  • Work Environment: A quiet home working space free of distractions and a reliable internet connection.
  • Equipment: A headset and VoIP phone line will be provided.
