What you’ll do

• You will manage the company’s customer inbox (email + chat).
• Answer product questions clearly & promptly on questions mainly about integrating Hublead with HubSpot & LinkedIn.
• Redirect sales / training requests to the right person on the company’s team.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Applicants with excellent written communication in English that is natural, clear and professional.
2. Be able to speak good oral English, for smooth communication with our team.
3. Be familiar with HubSpot CRM, or other CRM tools.
4. Have experience in customer support, in areas like (SaaS or tech environment is mainly preferred).
5. Be detail-oriented, proactive & organized.
6. Be comfortable and ready to work independently in a remote setup.
7. Bonus: an experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales tools is an (added advantage).
